Parking at Bremen Teater in Copenhagen

A three-hour evening show costs DKK 54 on the street in Nyropsgade and DKK 141 at Vesterport. On Frederiksberg's streets 365 m away the same three hours cost DKK 46 on a weekday evening — and nothing on a Saturday evening or a Sunday. Nyropsgade has municipal street spaces about 25 m from Bremen Teater and 250 spaces in total within 250 m. It is the green zone: DKK 45 an hour 8am-6pm, DKK 18 6pm-11pm and DKK 6 overnight, every day of the week. For an evening show it is cheaper than the car parks, and you can pay directly in the FreeSpot app.

The cheapest move is a five-minute walk into Frederiksberg. On Danasvej and Sveasvej, about 365-370 m from the theatre, Frederiksberg's progressive rate applies: DKK 10 for the first hour, 25 for two and 46 for three. The paid zone runs weekdays 7am-midnight and Saturdays 7am-5pm, so Saturday evening and all of Sunday are free. These are short stretches of 6-8 spaces each, so arrive in good time. For a sold-out show, Q-Park Vesterport at Nyropsgade 43 is the safe choice: 774 spaces about 30 m from the theatre, open around the clock, at DKK 47 an hour capped at DKK 350 a day. It costs more than the street in the evening, but its capacity means there is almost always room. If it is full, APCOA at Nyropsgade 47 has 140 spaces at DKK 50 an hour.

Bremen Teater is on Nyropsgade near Vesterport Station and hosts theatre, shows and stand-up. The Vesterport area is densely built with both street parking and large car parks, and the border with Frederiksberg is only a few minutes' walk away — and with it an entirely different rate.
