A middle option is Schifters Kvarter, 50 spaces at DKK 30 an hour, about 226 m away.

To be sure of a space for a sold-out performance, Ekvipagemestervej 18 is the only real choice on Holmen: 300 spaces about 170 m from the entrance, a two-minute walk. It costs DKK 45 an hour, the highest in the area, but it is the only car park with the capacity for a full house. The alternatives hold between 8 and 50 cars, and they are gone long before curtain-up. You are paying for a guaranteed space, not a saving.
About the Opera House
The Copenhagen Opera House on Holmen opened in 2005, designed by Henning Larsen and funded by the A.P. Møller Foundation. It has two stages — the main auditorium seating around 1,500, and Takkelloftet — and sits on Dokøen looking across the harbour to Amalienborg. Holmen still shows its past as a naval base: few through roads, no real town centre and very limited street parking. That is why parking at the Opera House in practice means a private car park on Ekvipagemestervej or Philip De Langes Allé.
